dust storm approaching the Rositzky family house

A Texas family's fight to stave off foreclosure during the Dust Bowl has shocking resonance with the national movement to save our communities from the threat of fracking. The Dust Bowl was the greatest ecological disaster of the 20th Century and two thirds of the inhabitants stayed on their farms. This story follows the untold journey of a Jewish family as they experience the local bank's lies, infidelity, as son against son fight for the same woman and finally their own acceptance of each other. The Rositzky family has worked hard, followed all the rules and because of their mistreatment of their land has had a part in creating the Dust Bowl.
