Stone Soup

Magical Stones!!

Set in the Revolutionary War America, two lost soldiers stumble upon the "perfect" village while searching for food and shelter. Unfortunately, the villagers are not so willing to share with these weary men until the soldiers begin to make their favorite meal - Stone Soup. This classic fable, told with mirth and music, makes us realize that anything is possible if we all work together. To further the message of community, the audience is asked to bring canned goods to place in our soup pot which will be given to local soup kitchens. Recommended for ages 3 to 103! Also features a live percussion ensemble and a pre-show arts workshop!!
